Mango French Toast

Mga Sangkap

  • 6 slice ng whole wheat bread loaf
  • 2 medium whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup Mango slices
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk, with Vitamin A
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 tsp asukal

Pagluto

  1. Sa isang tasang malaki, haluin ang itlog, asukal at gatas.
  2. Hatiin sa dalawa ang bawat piraso ng tinapay.
  3. lsawsaw ang tinapay sa hinalong itlog hanggang malagyan lahat ng parte nito ng itlog.
  4. Painitin ang kawali at ilagay ang mantika.
  5. Lutuin ang tinapay ng 2- 3 minuto bawat gilid hangang maging golden brown ang kulay.
  6. lpalaman ang manga sa bawat tinapay na naluto.

Scrambled Egg Whites

Ingredients:

  • 2 pcs medium size egg whites
  • ½ pc medium size white onions, diced
  • 1 small pc of tomato, diced
  • 1 stalk celery
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper

Procedure

  1. Beat the egg whites then add all the other ingredients.
  2. Cook into a non stick pan and wait until it becomes fluffy.
  3. In the absence of a non stick pan, use a regular pan then put a small amount of oil.
